About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Cyber Security Lead to own and evolve security across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for all things cybersecurity from strengthening frameworks and running incident response to tuning tools, coordinating pen tests, and improving detection and response capabilities. You’ll work closely with engineering, IT, legal, and compliance teams to proactively improve security posture and ensure critical platforms remain protected.



Experience Required

• Deep experience across cyber or information security, covering both technical operations and governance
• Hands-on expertise with security technologies including SIEM, EDR, MFA, Vuln scanning and monitoring
• Proven capability in incident response, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and pen test coordination
• Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards
• Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams and managing external vendors
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
